Recently, I have a very bad metabolism which results in a bad way such as breakout and gaining weight. So, I'm trying to fix my metabolism so I can solve the breakout problem and lose some weight for sure.
I've been eating oatmeal nowadays. Yeah, I know it doesn't sound mouth-watering at all, BUT you can turn the unsavoury oatmeal to savoury one by DIY-ing your oatmeal.
My oatmeal here is mix of self-made banana yoghurt, banana and strawberry (That's what I got in my kitchen!). You can use any flavour of yoghurt or fruits as you wish.
Banana is an energy booster and its sweetness fulfil my sweetooth craving. Meanwhile, strawberry gives a boost on your metabolism, not to mention it fights cancer and prevents ageing.
